Troubleshooting
Something not working? Check the common fixes below before anything else.
"It keeps sending me to the login page"
Most creation tools â My Games, the Card Deck Editor, the Template Editor â need an account. Sign in and you'll be sent right back to the page you wanted. If you just signed up, make sure you clicked the verification link in your email; unverified accounts can't finish signup.
"My card preview is blank"
- Check that a template is selected for the deck side you're viewing.
- Open the Template Field Link panel â unlinked fields render empty. Link each template field to a deck column.
- Make sure the spreadsheet row you selected actually has data in the linked columns.
"My friend can't join my room"
- Double-check the room code â a single wrong character means no match.
- If the room is private, they also need the password.
- Check the player count â a full room (at Max Players) can't accept more people.
"Start Multiplay doesn't show on my game card"
The button appears only after the game has a saved table setup. Open Game Setup, arrange your table, and click Save. Back in My Games, the card should now say "Ready for multiplayer".
"The 3D table feels slow"
- Big custom GLB models are the usual cause. Run them through the Reduce GLB File Size tool (Tools menu) â it compresses geometry and textures right in your browser.
- Close other heavy browser tabs; 3D rendering needs memory.
- Try a different camera preset â Top View is usually the lightest to render.
"My AI generation failed â did I lose Credits?"
Check My Dashboard â Credits â Recent activity. Every charge and refund is listed there. If something looks wrong, use the Request credit increase option or report it on the Feedback board.
